Functional Movement Systems (FMS) & Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA): Move Well, Move Often, is the tagline for FMS. This is a system that clinically assess 7 fundamental movement patterns in patients with known muscloskeletal pain. This assessment provides an efficient method to systematically finding the causes of symptoms, by breaking down dysfunctional patterns and diagnosing their root cause as either a mobility problem or a stability/motor control problem. This will help us target your main problem or compensation and then help you fix this so you can increase your athletic ability and endurance.
