Online Appointment Scheduling

We offer online appointment scheduling through our website for new and current patients. If you wish to book or cancel an appointment, you may. Cancellation must be done prior to 24 hours before your visit through your confirmation email (there is a link to click). If you have any issues please call us at (540) 840-4144. All appointments may also be booked over the phone, however as our office is quite busy, we might need to call you back so please leave a message with an email and/or your phone number and we will do our best to return your message in a timely manner.

Changing Your Appointment’s Date

As our practice is designed around helping patients, if an appointment must be changed, 24 hours notice is required so the appointment can be offered to another patient. We will keep a credit card on file and you will be billed $50 for such instances as a missed appointment or a cancellation online or by phone for appointments within the 24 hour window.  If you need to change your appointment, please call us at your earliest convenience to rebook, or simply cancel it through our online program and re-book yourself. An appointment ‘make-up’ can me made if notified within 24 hours prior to the appointment date or for special circumstances.

$50 Broken Appointments & Same Day Cancellations

As a repeat mention in our office policy notes, ALL “No show” appointments and appointments cancelled same-day  are subject to a $50 charge. Please give 24 hours notice so that Dr. Heppe may service others in need at your time. The “broken appointment fee” also applies to new patient appointments and free second opinions. As our office is here to better serve our community, appointments that are broken leave less time to heal those who need care.

Financial Agreements

It is your payment that allows us to continue providing high levels of professional care, maintain our facility, and pay our staff. If for any reason you cannot keep your financial agreement, please inform us immediately to eliminate any misunderstandings. We only ask that you pay for what services you receive in a timely manner. If you have the desire to receive care in our office, we will make every attempt to make affordable arrangements.
